Let's go for it: Andreas Ivanschitz is totally optimistic about the new season.
As of Monday the reality of everyday life has started again for the Mainz's Austrian international Andreas Ivanschitz. The surprise team of the last season are the first Bundesliga club to have started their preparations for the new season. All in all Ivanschitz spent five weeks at home in Austria's Burgenland, whereby three weeks were purely spent recuperating. In the last two weeks Ivanschitz worked on a specially set-up training (running) programme, that coach Thomas Tuchel put together for him.
